Please can someone help me. I ordered an item which never came. The company sent me something completely different. They have said I can return the item i received to get a full refund of the item I actually ordered but they will not pay the returns postage which is to China. What can I do as it was their mistake and I do not want the item they sent, nor do I want to pay the shipping costs!
