I ordered a specific ring from a website that looked legit...wrong. It’s China. They send me a different ring and the quality is terrible so even if I agreed to keep it as a replacement I would not. That being said they said it was their mistake, there are no more rings like the one I ordered and that I couldn’t ship back because it would cost too much (duh). They offered a refund of roughly 20% and I keep the crappy ring. Filed a dispute and was rejected.
