Hi, It seems the seller has found a loophole, they will sell a very low priced item and then send a fake jewelry item. The will ask for return of item without shipping label on your own cost for full refund. Buyer do not have any option in PayPal resolution center other than to close the case or to submit tracking number. The seller will getaway with money without sending the item. Best Regards,
