I recently made a purchase on Amazon.com and Paypal billed a closed bank account. I went and looked at my Wallet and the closed account isn't even listed among my payment preferences. The matter has now been turned over to a collection agency for collection, however, I no longer have the item. It didn't meet my expectations and therefore I returned the item. Has anyone ever experienced this type of problem with Paypal?
