Wow... Paypal just blocked all my communication options
I have an account on which I get... "We're unable to continue offering our services", after about 14 years of using Paypal services and now if I call...they recognize my account and don't transfer me to a operator, I send e-mails to them and for a few days... an now the sending e-mail directly option is not showing in my help options... plus I started a case with them about my account validation and they simply wiped out all the discussion from the resolution center... so there is no trace of it.
The only option I have is here and a navigation in the help menu 🙂
Incredible... but if there is any staff reading this. I would like to close my account clear the funds or return the funds to the last sender and be done with this... so, very disappointing.
