I have been trying to prove my address for 1 year with paypal. 1 year sending back and forth all documents i have. Healthcare updated credit card utilibill ( they said my utility bill needs a logo. And that hoe we get our utilities bills, how am I supposed to make national company to put a logo on their bills ) phone bill ..... all you can imagine but still no limitation removed from my account. This is the most aggressive experiences I ever had in my life. To be limited from your own money and not being able to pay for goods. I keep writing reviews but no one seems like they care. And client support seems like they can't do anything reporting everything to relevant departments.... Don't recommend paypal and if you ever get limited using paypal then this will be your worst nightmare.
