I have an open case. The buyer claimed item not as described on December 1st. I issued the full refund on the 2nd. It is the 9th of January 2019. I have bank statements, receipts, screenshots and more, showing the full refund was issued. I've called PayPal over 8 times, spoke to just about everyone over at the Arizona center. I'm constantly harassed on the phone and thru email from PayPal. I can never get any help from any parties whatsoever. What should be my next step? I am ready to persue legal action. The PayPal site claims it could take up to 75 days to get a resolution. This is my first refund in over 5 years. Is this normal ?

I have bank statements from the buyer that the dispute credit reversal was made on the 6th of December 2018.
