Why is PayPal allowing these SPAM Invoices to be sent to my PayPal account.

Phony organization or not, this is a breech of personal data security by allowing these actions by some unknown sender trying to collect funds.

PayPal...this is complete BS!   Block these spam senders out.

Anyone that has your email address can send you an invoice.

You have not been hacked and paypal can't stop someone sending you an invoice to your paypal account if they send it to your email address.

No different than your ISP being able to stop you receiving emails.
