I won two disputes from purchases I didn't authorize. My account is linked to my bank account and I believe I was already debited back the money. Now paypal is saying I have to add money to bring my account from being negative. Which is the amount I was charged from the unauthorized transaction (67 bucks). Wouldn't I just be losing out? And theoretically just giving away money that I won BACK?
