Hi everybody my account got a limitation on it in May & I had 400£ in it, it is still there & I haven’t tried to withdraw it for a while now because it never works & it has now been 5-6 months and I still can’t withdraw it. Can anybody give me some info or even info on how I can speak to a live human that works for PayPal not a robot. Thanks will be really appreciated!

Paypal holds your funds for 180 days as that is the same timeframe that buyers have to open paypal disputes.
So if no disputes are opened against you in 180 days then normally you get an email to say you are allowed to withdraw the funds.

Thats as long as you are over 18 then and the account is in your legal name.

Sometimes Paypal request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

WHEN YOU GET THROUGH DO NOT SELECT ANY OPTIONS JUST TRY SAYING AGENT A FEW TIMES.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
