I have $200 on my account, and a connected Credit Card. I've withdrawed money onto it once already. How can I withdraw money that is now stuck into my account.
Wait the 180 days. PayPal will notify you when you can withdraw. Then you can try to withdraw to linked credit card. If you are still blocked from withdrawing, reach out to customer service for them to enable the withdraw function.
