Please help with these 2 questions that we are being asked with regards to withdrawals

Hi. I would like to find our how I can sort out my withdrawals on my account. I have got an e-learning website where we are training people with videos. It is a membership access website where they receive access to the training videos once they have made payment as well as many other benefits and mentorship. I do not know how we can provide you with proof of the access they got and other benefits which is what you are asking for in your third question.
We have tested the payment and I received access to all the material and resources straight away.
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier
We also do not have any suppliers as we have created all the content ourselves and there are no third party involved.
