hi, my acc was blocked and I was told I could get my balance after 180 days. It's been over 180 days but the problem is that my primary email address was deleted from gmail. So I have not received the information from PayPal to "release "my account. How can I withdraw my balance. I am in South Africa so calling PayPal isn't an option .....
