Hello, Please when I wanted to start a freelance business on LinkedIn, I created a Paypal and later didn't do the LinkedIn business again. But I came back and started using Paypal as a personal account and realised I didn't put my first name right while filling the Paypal form to create the account in the first place. Paypal realised I was using it a lot and they limited me. I waited for 180 days so I can withdraw my money, after that they flagged me and I can't withdraw my money because my bank won't allow me send to them if all Paypal names don't match my bank account names. I have submitted my documents like a hundred times for Paypal to help me change my name so I can withdraw my funds and close my account but Paypal snubs me. Please help me.
