Withdrawal from closed paypal after the 180 days have ended

Hi, my account was closed 181 days ago due to security reasons and one of the options that i was provided with is to contact paypal after 180 days to withdraw my funds.

I have tried to contact them through email but have only received an automated response which is not helpful. Calling from Kenya is quite costly and would like to resolve this without calling them.

If you have any guidance of how to go through this i would appreciate.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Since paypal support is an 800 number, you should be able to call them for free on Skype.

That doesn't mean you'll get to talk to a human, however.

If it’s 180 days why do they hold it more than the 180 days
