Withdraw of the money after 180 days via Mpesa (kenya)

I am trying to withdraw the money yet it tell me that Mpesa can't capture the funds.Please help me.I need the cash.I waited patiently for 6months

If you have had a permanent limitation then when you are allowed to withdraw the normal options of mpesa or equity bank are no longer available.

You can only withdraw to a U.S bank account (if you have one), if not then you would need to contact customer services to help you access those funds.
