Hello.
My account got limited around March because I was underage. The notification where i found out about it also said that all money will be blocked for 180 days and after that time I will get an email with instructions how to withdraw my money. The time has passed, I got an email saying that I can withdraw my money now. And here is my problem - how do I do that when I don't have any card or bank account linked? I still can't link it because of the limitation. I'd aprreciate your help.
