Withdraw after 180 days

I got a limitation since 08/2017

Paypal put a limitation on my account and I had $120,000.

today I see my balance is zero PayPal took all my money

any piece of advice on what to do, I have heard Paypal will charge a $2500 penalty if they close your account but not $120,000

should I go and find a lawyer or what to do
