Can my information I sent in still be reviewed if most/all of the help desks are closed? I'm on a rather huge time crunch here and with my account limited, I'm stuck!
I hope its reassuring for you to hear that PayPal staff are still working and addressing customer concerns. As you have said you have sent in information you can be assured that will be reviewed and you will receive a email when that has been done.
