I have just received a wig from Uwigs. It was described as being real hair. I paid £98 it is unwearable , cheap and can not be styled it is cheap plastic not real hair. Can I get a refund.
My case is resolved. PayPal have been fantastic and I got a full refund. It took weeks but the result was in my favour. For future reference, pls don't message these Chinese companies back and forth. No point as it's a waste of time. Go to PayPal and ignore their email haggling and offers. They won't give you your money back.
