Wig company...possible scam, what do I do?

I bought wigs from a company and would like to return them but they won’t give me the return address even though it says return within 14 days I’ve been emailing for 3 weeks. They say it’s expensive to return and how about a partial refund but I spent nearly $100 (I’m in the uk) and scared of spending more money and not getting a refund. I’ve read about easypoplife and other people say it’s a scam. Am I protected if I send a refund. Also they asked for proof of purchase but they didn’t send a receipt of invoice. (I don’t have a printer or computer)Fiona

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
If you lose because seller provides a fake tracking number (likely) then post back for more advice.

If the item arrives and its tat the make sure you CHANGE the dispute quickly before it closes to 'not as described'.

Also make sure you have activated the below link in case you have to return it.

I think this wig company called jeveux wig has scammed me out some money. I ordered three of them and I emailed them right away because I didn’t receive a day ( tracking number )when they would arrive and they told me to be patient. I then copy and pasted the tracking number to this app that allows me to track my orders but it said that it’s unable to track right now. Just asking to make sure I get my money or wigs

I have just had a problem like this. I believe this is the same company. I found that the company operates under many different names  and is out of China. I received an order but it was nothing that I ordered. It's basically trash wigs and can't be worn. They offered me 5%, then 10% refund of $85.97 to keep the inferior product that they sent to me. I have escalated the dispute and they want me to pay to send the items back to China. The problem will be that there is no tracking to China by US Postal Mail as per the post office. If I mail it they will simply state that they never received it. If I ship it by a Global carrier, the cost will be about what I have paid so far.

I have asked them to please provide me with a paid return label and I will return. They refuse. I asked to get the contact information for their Mgmt team here in the USA as per their website. They refuse. I also don't feel that I should have to pay to return items that I never ordered. Not sure what to do.

I was told to put it under a dispute claim in the resolution centre as “item not as described” so I’m not sure what happens after that. Send a message to PayPal and ebay too about it too and include everything in your message. If you have time phone them.
