I had a dispute with paypal through my credit card, which was cancelled by my credit card as the merchant agreed to refund me. My credit card has confirmed and reconfirmed that the case is closed. Paypal won't close the dispute, stating the cc has to (WHICH THEY ALREADY DID well over a month ago). I can't get my money back until Paypal closes this. I can't get any logical rep to help me. How long is this supposed to take?
