there is a payment that i sent to my friend which cost me 424.59 GBP and the paypal charged me from my card. and after it, i sent mone to another friend which need cost 117.62 GBP but the paypal charged me 542.21GBP, and shows that 424.59 paid with paypal balance. thats doesnt make sense because i already paid that 424.59 before. Why they charge me again ???
