I am little curious to know why Netparcel invoices I am getting even after I had paid for shipping. Do anybody have similar experience? It’s hard to predict the shipping cost when they charge it later after shipping is done. Even we don’t know how much they will charge. I received invoice today. PayPal is saying talk to netparcel and netparcel have not clue why they are charging this money, they are sending invoice saying we will deduct from PayPal account. This is something not justified to me. In invoice they are saying additional handling charge, accessorial charge etc. Let me know if any body is facing same issue so that I know what they are charging for.
