Ive been trying to add money on my account to resolve negative balance for months every-time it says to try again later as there was an error , it wont even let me send money to the account so i give up clearly paypal doesn't want their money. Im constantly stressing about it so i just quit paypal can figure it out im no longer making the effort. Has anyone else had this problem?
