I am at a complete loss in trying to understand why Paypal is standing by the scammers, allowing them to do business with their platform, and enabling them to scam us. They sent the scammers our money, and then let them keep it, even when evidence is shown that it was a scam.
I used to feel that Paypal was a safe way to do business, but now am slowly moving all of my purchases direct to the credit card companies. The hoops I've had to jump through, only to be given a completely unacceptable option, are ridiculous. Does anyone know what happened to Paypal or why they have taken this stance?
