I gave to you 3 different banks to make my account verified. All from global banks even i send my passport photo but you telling me that you cant use what i did wrong ? I verified my number too what i must do more ? Where is the problem ? I just got a automatical mail and just rules there, how i can know that which I violate ? Please help me if still i can not use paypal at least tell where i was wrong.
If your account has been permanently limited then paypal never give reasons, they just say you have violated their policy in some way and they no longer sadly want your business.
