My account was limited last week, and figured it was a one off. I sent the required information, after 5 days my account was restored. Now, 24 hours later, I log in to make a purchase, and again I'm limited and they want we to send the same information. Now I have to wait 5 days again? Is this gonna be the new normal for my account which is 10 years old?
Sadly only customer services can answer that one for you.
I don't even think customer service can answer it tbh. I think they can give me the run around like the automated systems do.
My best guess is: they've decided to limit access to people traveling overseas.
