I have been TRYING to contact PayPal support for weeks after they first LIMITED my account then BLOCKED it saying I had "activity inconsistent with our user agreement."
Phone support is off. The Help bot is useless. Messaging within my account has been deleted.
I was at least getting a cut-and-paste reply of "We will help you when your turn comes" in the PayPal Facebook comments (along with over 4,000 other disgruntled customers) on their pinned post.
But now PayPal has turned COMMENTS OFF meaning there is NO WAY I can get in touch with them.
It's like a Bank locking it's doors so you can't get access to your money or speak to anyone who might be able to help you.
What is going on????!!!!
