I hope someone can help. I recently opened a dispute on paypal, and it was closed early not providing me time to provide the requested information. Also paypal removed all dispute messages. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of these messages as they have a lot of information I need to make a claim such as RMA number and shipping dates etc., unfortunately they have ignored my request for this information. I have a couple of questions maybe someone can help answer
1. Is it normal for paypal to behave like this?
2. Why do they remove messages before dispute has ended?
3. Does "Buyer protection" really have any value?
