I purchased an item which, when it came, was nothing like the one advertised. I opened a dispute via paypal and was awarded a full refund if i returned said item to seller. I did this immediately several weeks ago and firwarded proof of posting.. i was given completion date of 28th September which then changed to 8th, 11th, 13th and now 16th October. Why is this happening and where is my refund?
