Hey,
I am trying to reach the resolution center to ask why I need to pay for the postage to send a product back to a scammer in China? I ordered a spotting scope and received a product that was not even close to what was advertised, in looks and also in function. So I asked for a full refund. Why am I made to be out of pocket, because they scammed me? I have made no errors, apart from trust that the product that was advertised, would be the one I received? This is totally on the seller and if they want their product back, surely like everywhere else, they should have to pay the bill. Sure if I wanted it repaired due to use, or it was not a product that I decided I wanted to use, I would pay the freight. Can someone please help me understand what the logic is and why this has been decided?
