I bought this clothing item from a seller but she never shipped my item. I then decided to open up a case to Paypal and that’s exactly what I did. Right after I filed one, I checked my cases to find that I had 0 open cases and the case I just filed was in the “closed cases” category. I am very confused because I was sent an email that Paypal would review my case but it says it’s closed so I don’t understand. I clicked on the closed case that I just filed and it said “the case has been closed in your favor” or something like that. This message and my email are two distinguishing things, and I never got an email saying my case was closed WHEN I JUST FILED IT A MINUTE AGO. Maybe they made a mistake. Should I refile my case?
