For some reason I appear to be banned from PayPal despite never even making a purchase. On the resolutions page there aren't any steps to resolve my ban. It just doesn't make sense. I'm currently trying to make a purchase on a website that only accepts PayPal but apparently since in linked my debit card to this account its banned too.
