I have a message in my inbox asking about tax issues. I am not a US citizen, resident or taxpayer. When I try to fill out the details they are asking for, once done it does not allow me to continue to the next step. I was also unable to update my phone number, I have resolved this issue by calling customer services in Brasil, but they are unable to help me with the US tax part. I have received no notifications from Paypal as to anything being wrong with my account, I use Paypal only to receive payments from Arbnb, and to be honest it is not a large amount of money, given the exchange rate of USD to BRL, probably around the 2,000 USD annually.
