Why I can not submit more information to my account limitations case

my account is limitted. I submitted all information, after 1 day I received an email to give more information about "fulfillment", but the button is still "submitted", so I can not upload more information. What should I do now? If I can not give more information , paypal will continue limit my account
please help me

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are running into issues providing information in the Resolution Center. In that case, I would recommend clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and choosing the option to Message us. You will have the ability to upload documents directly in the Secure Message Center and be directed to a representative to ensure your information has been received.
