My PayPal account got permanently limited and the next day I got told by my mum that her account had been permanently limited and than a message from my dad, who is in another state, that his account had been permanently limited. Does PayPal just ban everyone who shares the same last name or something? Is there a way to get my families accounts unbanned, they haven't broken any rules.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
