I recently had a refund dispute with a seller and eBay stepped in, resolved it in my favor and refunded the payment. I was wondering if eBay refunded the $70 or did it come from the seller. After the nonsense I went through, I will be shocked if eBay refunded and she kept my original payment AND got the merchandise back in her possession.
If you win a dispute and the seller refuses to refund then ebay or paypal will do so under buyer protection and then they will chase the seller to pay them back again.
