I order something through pay pal and have been waiting for a package and it hasn't arrived and it has been almost 4 weeks. Tried to get in touch with the seller but the email does not exist from what I can see. What should I do? Should I wait alittle longer before putting in a dispute?

I am sorry to know about what has happened. If you purchased something and would like a refund because you haven't received it, or it's not as described, you can file a dispute in our Resolution Center to start the process of getting your money back.
