I paid someone 500 CAD on the 4 december 2020 as an advance for the rent of the basement, then they said they didn't get the money and cancelled my booking although the 500 CAD were deducted from my linked card. Please help me get my money back, i have the reciept as a proof that i paid that person 500 CAD. And even if that person didn't get that money then where did my money go?
