Where is the button to add a postage tracking number?

I’m in a dispute and I need to return an item & have been asked to write down the tracking number.

Option should be in the relevant Dispute case page in the Resolution Center.

Click "Help" at the top menu and click "Resolution Center" in the "More ways to get help" section.
