Where is my dispute?

I purchased an item as a 'Guest' at checkout on a website and subsequently needed to file a dispute for this transaction. I called and spoke to Paypal and they set up a dispute and i have the confirmation email as well as a dispute number. However, when I go to my account it says there are no claims or disputes there. I tried looking it up by email address and transaction ID but nothing comes up. Any suggestions on where I can find info on this dispute?
