I Have not been reimbursed for a damaged item by the seller. They quit responding completely. Paypal hit the date that the seller was to respond by then extended it another 2 days. It has now hit that and Paypal still has not refunded my money. The seller never has responded to Paypal either. Do I have to wait an additional 5 days for them to review the fact that the seller is not going to do anything?
