Hello, my paypal has been recently permanently limited with some of my funds being held. will I get the funds after the 180days?

If paypal have said in the limitation email that you would be able to have the funds at 180 days then yes.
However sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Also in Kenya you can only withdraw to Mpesa / Equity bank / OR a U.S bank account.
BUT after an account limitation the ONLY option you have to withdraw funds is to a U.S bank account (if you have one)!!!
Advice is voluntary.
