What to do when you know you've been scammed?

So, I was trying to get concert tickets to a sold out show. Someone on FB said they had an extra pair. I have purchased second hand tickets like this twice before. I know there are risks, but I gave it a shot. Well, the second I after I sent the money via Paypal, the person blocked me on FB and vanished. Lesson learned I guess. Is there any way to get my money back? I am sure the scammer already got the money. Would giving the scammer's Paypal account name do any good? At least to get them listed as a known scammer? If I can't get my money back, I would like to prevent others from being scammed by this person.

Thanks in advance.

If you used the goods/services option to pay then open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item?
