Hi,
What can I do if I cannot provide evidence for a limitation dispute?
I've recently sold via Depop to an overseas address (UK to USA) and I was requested to provide evidence. Part of the it was to provide evidence of my purchase of the original item, which I purchased around 2 years ago. I do not have a receipt, but I do have a bank statement stating the place of purchase but not item.
How am I supposed to provide evidence I do not have??? I have the item. I can prove I have the item, but I cannot prove I ever bought it except by explaining a bank statement!!!
Many thanks!!

Write a letter explaining why you don’t have supplier receipt for the item like you did here. Pdf the letter and upload to the corresponding request.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
