What should I do?

Hello,

I am in a predicament and I don't know what to do from this point. I bought a product on a guest account. It looked suspicious so I chargebacked the purchase with my bank. It turns out that it was legitimate and so I resolved it (was rebilled) and thought that was the end of it. Turns out that for some reasons on PayPal it says that the dispute is still ongoing. I can't resolve on PayPal due to it being a guest account. Does anyone know what I should do at this point? I have physical proof that the dispute was resolved with my bank.
