So I sold an item through eBay and the person I sold it to messaged me so I gave him my PayPal so the money can be sent and he said he emailed PayPal but the email asked me to send the items first then send the tracking number and that’s how I would get my credits and it seemed pretty sketchy and plus the email is weird so can someone tell me if This isn’t the email, <removed>

Hopefully you did not go through with this deal. When you sell through eBay - the sale must go through eBay - and you are paid via PayPal. When someone wants to go outside of the system, it's a red flag.
* Forward the entire email to: spoof@paypal.com.
* Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
* Delete the suspicious email from your inbox.
* Never click on any links within the email or open any attachments.
Look at the email address domain and wording in the email, grammar, salutation, spelling, etc. If any of these are questionable, it's most likely a spoof.
