What's DD Business Information

HI! I got my PP account limited and asked to provide some documents for resolving. In which I need to provide DD Business Information.

I don't know what is this DD Business Information. Please help!

If my business is a sole proprietorship, can I just provide my tax return?

Still doesn't tell us exactly what business information is being requested. It's too generic of a reference and hasn't been resolved for months.

What I did was submit a tech support ticket (or whatever it's called), after which they asked me to elaborate upon my business model.

Then, I submitted my business model instead of the DD documentation (or whatevs it's called).

P.S. 

Keep in mind they don't accept .txt files.

First, I wanted to send it to them as a .txt document, but the system wouldn't take it.

So, I made a screenshot of it and attached the thing. 

Surprisingly, it worked.

I can not get anyone to answer what is DD Business Form, we are not a charity. We have been with Paypal for 10 years.

We are not a charity organization and PayPal is holding $300k of our money for weeks, making payroll very hard in these Coviod-19 times. 

if anyone knows how to solve this problem please let us know.

I have just got the same problem, my money is completely blocked on Paypal and they ask me for this "DD Business Information".

Did you eventually found out how to solve the issue ?
