So I disputed a charge on my paypal credit account the beginning of March, since then paypal has put 'limitations" on both my paypal credit account and the regular account. Here is my question, when I went to the resolution center, they claim they need a picture of my drivers license, a copy of my chekcing account statement and my social security number. WTH?? I'm sorry but this is a recipe for identity fraud.
Why does paypal need all three to confirm my identity? I have since closed the credit account but would still like to use the normal paypal. it's great for uber ride and paying the parking meter in my town.
